From their account, users can select upcoming performances to exchange, and update their reservation online. They can swap out tickets for another day’s performance within the same production or add tickets for the same night. Online exchanges lessen the need for calls to the box office and lets users control their tickets. Combine this component with Adage’s SmartSeat^TM and users can complete their live exchange in the seats of their choice.

Control What Can Be Exchanged

CMS admins control the allowed and restricted season IDs, performance and production IDs and allowable price types. They can even configure fund IDs for ticket purchase downgrades right in the CMS.

Control Who Can Exchange

Using visitor groups, CMS admins can allow or restrict which specific user types are able to exchange tickets.
