SFJAZZ met with Adage at the Tessitura Conference in 2016 to discuss their organization’s goals: to establish a modern marketing platform that’s on par with its word-class, award-winning venue architecture and to move the organization to an agile mindset that better matches the collaborative spirit of jazz.
Adage worked closely with stakeholders from across the organization; marketing, operations, technology, box office, and development all took an active role in providing guidance and feedback. Adage met with a core team of stakeholders in on-site discovery workshops to establish a guiding vision for the project.
