Frequently Asked Questions

Employees have the option to be remote, hybrid, or in-office and we provide the all equipment they need to get their work done. Our flexible options allow employees to choose whichever works best for them, and we ask that they’re flexible for the occasional times they might need to come into the office for things like quarterly conversations or our annual employee retreat.

Typically, we have a 3-4 step interview process for all of our roles, including a job-based exercise or skills assessment. We try to get through our process as quickly as possible so it can be a few weeks to a month. However, process and length will vary by role, schedule, or needs. 

Our interview process aims to make sure that the candidate is a good fit for Adage and that Adage is a good fit for you. Be prepared to talk about your strengths, your experience, and what you can bring to the company. Have questions for our interview team and make sure you get an understanding of who we are and what you would be doing as part of our team.

We’re a Microsoft shop and work in C# and .NET framework, with React and Redux being our current JavaScript frameworks of choice. We partner with Optimizely and Umbraco for Content Management Systems. Our projects use Jira, Confluence and Tempo. We aim to use the latest versions and are always looking to find new tools or technology that will be the best fit for our projects.
