Typically, we have a 3-4 step interview process for all of our roles, including a job-based exercise or skills assessment. We try to get through our process as quickly as possible so it can be a few weeks to a month. However, process and length will vary by role, schedule, or needs.

Be prepared to talk about your strengths, your experience, and what you can bring to the company. We’re a Microsoft shop and work in C# and .NET framework, with React and Redux being our current JavaScript frameworks of choice. We partner with Optimizely and Umbraco for Content Management Systems. Our projects use Jira, Confluence and Tempo. We aim to use the latest versions and are always looking to find new tools or technology that will be the best fit for our projects.
